Greed destroys people

Hello friends how are you all? Hope you all are very well, I am also very well with your prayers and God's grace.

Greed destroys people, we have a saying in Bangladesh "greed is sin and sin is death". Greed brings people down a lot. People are not afraid to do many heinous things because of greed. People even kill their own brothers due to greed.

Let me share a story of greed with you. In one area there lived a greedy man, in that village lived another very clever man. One day the greedy man was sitting on the roof of the house, he suddenly saw a man crawling down and a chicken in his hand.

The greedy man came down and the clever man (who was downstairs with the chicken) came to him, and asked him, why did you come to me with the chicken? The clever man said, I bet this chicken with a person named you, I won the bet and brought this chicken for you, saying that he left with the chicken.

A few days later the man brought a duck and told him the same thing and left with the duck. The greedy person was very happy, this time while taking the duck said, you bet more in my name. I will give whatever it takes.

Greedy came to the man with a man. Then the greedy man asked, today you did not bring anything for me? And why did you bring this man, then the clever man said, I bet ten thousand rupees with this man in your name and I could not win that bet, that's why this man came to you to take ten thousand rupees. The greedy person gave ten thousand rupees without seeing any other way. And started thinking I got a chicken and a duck and my ten thousand rupees were gone. I will covet no more.
