My Actifit Report Card: April 20 2025 - My first workout

‎Am glad to inform you all that it have been raining here in my city since yesterday till now to the extent that people finds it difficult to attend to their different activities but am happy it just subsided this evening. So people can as well attend to their matters.

‎Myself, I performed various exercises today and am just happy for the fact that rain couldn't withhold me since I can as well perform my exercising activities indoors. Let me showcase the screenshot I took from a video I made while conducting my exercise today. I made the video to see my performance. So the background is not conducive that's why I couldn't upload it here. And there is no gym house around my destination. Therefore, enjoy my screenshots.

‎The essence of this community is to help us stay physically fit and I have now taken it as a concern to utilize the purpose in my life since my doctor have also declared that I need regular body workout or exercise for my health. Therefore, I have now seen it as my priority to engage into regular body workout from now onward.
