Corps - Oration ....... body talk

The ideas of a physical body that is entirely a fiction, has created a lot of issues after its invention.
How can a company have the rights of a living physical being, yet skirt around the consequences that person would endure.
Can a company go to jail if it does harm on a person?
How can this company have other companies nestled inside of it, allowing it to allocate risk, assets, liability through paperwork filings.
How do the humans who decide what the body (corpse) does, not be considered masters of this corporation and what acts it performs, the master or slave owner culpable of what happens.

It is a strange ways when a business can inflict pain and have no consequences of the actions it performed.
Perhaps there is a better set up we can erect so that there is need to have accountability on ones actions...cus hey if you could get away with murder for a lot of cash, i think most people would. They would murder for a little bit of cash, just look at the Milgram 1963 experiment.
