right...you can get jacked and work your cardio for 2 to 10 and then come out and do it again....hamster wheel.....best is to do it like politicians and steel billions while smiling....they do not get caught,,,well they get caught but never repay, they just have to say sorry and then they keep the cash...win win win !PIZZA
