Eating at McDo

You go to McDo for a quick, predictable, and easy meal. Kind of good - kind of gross, but you know what you are going to get. Some people eat there all the time - perhaps a bit addicted to the heavy sugar, salt, fat, chemical, and artificial additives.

We have all had that thought - "What about maybe getting a salad." Then you think it over and are like, "Naw, just give me the regular."

If you really want a salad, McDo is NOT really the goto spot. Although they are better than when they first started introducing them, they are still not super amazing.

Did you know that when you get a salad, and then add the dressing, that you are actually consuming MORE calories than the standard McDo meal? Look it up.

So, when you do clamp your jaws around a Big Mac, you might think of those poor bastards that opted for a salad. Ha ha - Suckers!
