Interesting... Was the seed phrase compromised during police review or after the body cam was made public? Did those who knew about wait till it went public to make a move to not arouse suspension? Who knows.
Should they be held liable? I think to some degree I say yes. But then again, what idiot holds that much money in one spot? It's a target for thieves to take advantage of and he just let that happen.ñ because of malpractice of account safety. He had it coming I say.
