BREAKING NEWS: Officials Confirm New Freedom Infrastructure Requires Seven Additional Graphs

The non Authoritarian authority assures blurt citizens that no authority exists. Meanwhile Investigators are currently examining several Governance Graphs in an attempt to locate the missing authority.
Officials insist there is absolutely no centralized authority, no social hierarchy, no reputation system, no political structure, and certainly no digital government.
The Ministry of Voluntary Non-Governance has released a statement asking its citizens to remain calm and stop noticing things.
Early reports indicate the missing authority may have last been seen fleeing into a Civic Registry carrying a draft Constitution while shouting "I AM NOT AN AUTHORITY!"
Witnesses described the suspect as heavily armed with Governance Graphs, Trust Graphs, Reputation Graphs, Endorsement Graphs, Association Graphs, Identity Graphs and several kilograms of Freedom™.
We are warned also that the suspect may be tied to Sauron. But no substantial evidence exists.

Experts have compared the distinction to placing a saddle, reins, horseshoes, stirrups, and a rider onto a horse before insisting no one is attempting to ride it.
Meanwhile the Department of Reputation Clarification (D.O.R.C) issued another statement.

The analyst has since been placed under observation for excessive pattern recognition.
Further confusion emerged regarding citizenship.
Officials repeatedly stated participation would be entirely voluntary.
Citizens would simply be free to join civilizations with constitutions, membership requirements, governance structures, trust networks, organizational hierarchies, endorsements and civic registries.
Citizens unwilling to become citizens are reminded that citizenship remains entirely optional.
Officials stressed this point repeatedly.
Perhaps too repeatedly.
One concerned resident asked:
"If this is not a digital government, why does it sound exactly like the first chapter of a digital government?"
The resident was immediately reassured by six additional paragraphs explaining why the governance framework was not governance.
