Many say it's ok to harm a bully if they are trying to harm you. Until that bully is an agent of chaos. The real agents of chaos. Government officials. Not anarchists. Not voluntarists. A cop. A politician. A judge. Then suddenly it's you that's the one who is the criminal. Resisting kidnapping arrest they call it.
Yes, those that initiate aggression should fear the crowd.
Gangsters everywhere. The largest are viewed as gods.
Maybe pretend they never exist. Ignore them 100%. Got hit in the head with a baton? "What the hell fell from the sky? Was it a golf ball?".
Maybe then they will get it?
Or perhaps there is that other thing...

Freedom isn't free.
The only way to get people to surrender power once they have killed to get it is to hit them with overwhelming force.
The crowd can do that, but currently isn't quite ready.
There are billions of us, and a few 10's of 1000's of them.
Until the crowd is ready all we can expect is more of the same.
