Buen dia!! Que grata coincidencia encontrarlos por acá !!! Vienen seguido? Yo todos los días de manera sigilosa, los miro a todos.

Les cuento que hoy me siento libre, un dia y pico dura mi libertad . En realidad no sali de la cárcel pero soy empleada en un Restaurante y hoy es mi dia libre , de franco o de licencia ;depende del pais se lo llama de una u otra forma.

Hoy más temprano salude en un post corto que me permite Ecency y comente con una imagen de mi autoria que "Lo sencillo enamora"💕( es la foto de inicio)y me refiero a lo cotidiano, esas cosas que son sutiles, maravillosas que a menudo no reparamos en ellas, yo te invito a que lo hagas.

El café enamora, la mayoría lo bebemos a menudo , a diario en mi caso. Ahora mismo en Paraguay el precio esta por los cielos y eso que el café que consumo es el instantaneo😊. En mi cumpleaños me regalaron un café Premium, por poco dejo sorda a la persona que me lo obsequio 🤣 por los gritos de alegria.

Y me paso con el café que de tanto tomarlo ya no lo valoraba asi que empece un reto de 30 dias sin café .
Resulto increíblemente duro, los primeros días me resonaba en la cabeza unos tambores y tamboriles al unísono, me senti adicta al café; pero segui el mes entero sin beberlo...

Durante ese lapso de tiempo tomaba infusiones de todo tipo : verde, manzanilla, tilo, boldo etc.( en la foto uno de mis favoritos de sabor amargo parecido al ajenjo) y cocido quemado que se prepara con yerba, azúcar quemada y carbón. ( bebida típica de Paraguay).

Mis queridos y queridas todo esto les cuento porqué asi como no valoramos el café matutino , tampoco valoramos a la LIBERTAD preciosa que cae del cielo como el maná.

Hay un refrán que resume lo que hoy les quiero regalar de corazón a corazón: "No valoramos lo que tenemos hasta que lo perdemos."

Tenemos tanto que agradecer.

Siempre es HOY. Y es un regalo.

I'll tell you that today I feel free, my freedom lasts a day and a half. Actually, I didn't get out of jail, but I'm an employee at a restaurant and today is my day off, or free day, or leave; depending on the country, it's called one way or another.

Earlier today, I greeted in a short post that Ecency allows me, and I commented with an image of my own that "Simplicity is enchanting" 💕 (it's the starting photo) and I refer to the everyday things, those subtle, wonderful things that we often don't notice, I invite you to do so.

Coffee is enchanting, most of us drink it often, daily in my case. Right now in Paraguay, the price is sky-high, and that's even though the coffee I consume is instant 😊. On my birthday, someone gave me a Premium coffee, I almost deafened the person who gave it to me 🤣.

And it happened with coffee that from drinking it so much, I no longer valued it, so I started a 30-day challenge without coffee. It was incredibly hard, the first few days my head was pounding like drums and tambourines in unison, I felt addicted to coffee; but I went the whole month without drinking it...

During that time, I drank all kinds of infusions: green, chamomile, linden, boldo, etc. (in the photo, one of my favorites with a bitter taste similar to absinthe) and "cocido quemado" which is prepared with yerba, burnt sugar, and coal (a typical Paraguayan drink).

My dear friends, I tell you all this because just like we don't value our morning coffee, we also don't value the precious FREEDOM that falls from the sky like manna.

There's a saying that summarizes what I want to give you from heart to heart today: "We don't appreciate what we have until we lose it." We have so much to be thankful for.

It's always TODAY. And it's a gift.
