Some coins can't be down voted unless you have those same coins staked. Some coins like Vyb(verify your brain) are not affected by down votes at all even if you have stake.

You might want to check your tokens on tribaldex.com and see what 2nd layer coins you have available and power up what you got.

Same here. Been here from the start of steemit under different names. Had to create different accounts for visibility because I often gotten down voted for asking hard questions.

I just always add #sportstalk and #tribes tags to my hive posts and earn millions of those coins. Not sure why. Somebody must really like me … probably @ctime and a few other old Steemit and TRON whales … it’s incredible

Okay you mean just adding those tags would give you the tokens, right? But that has nothing to do with getting tokens for downvotes, isn't it? Apart from what this other guy has said about certain tokens not being affected by downvotes, right?

Well … the 2 guys that own 99% of the Sports Tokens I trying to help people who get downvoted on Hive. So they are upvoting people who post with #sportstalk #tribes #meme #pob tags

They are also upvoting all of the @graphene-faucet posts ….
So upvote all those posts too

Cool @offgridlife. All my posts have the pob tag, I'm one of the official pob and vyb curators, since 2021. I still haven't noticed anyone upvoting me for the downvotes I've been getting. Maybe I'll add the other tags too from now on.
