There is nothing like a good bit of demolition work to help build an activity count.

I had resisted putting an air conditioner in the bedroom for a long time. I always thought the ceiling fan was more than enough, but it's either getting hotter where we are or I am getting older.

I thought about getting a small split system, but in the end, I just went for the old style wall banger, mainly because I could install it myself and save a few dollars
