My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2025

We don't usually get much hail where we live. I have seen plenty in other parts around Brisbane, but nothing like this at home. Minutes before it hit, the sky turned dark in the middle of the day.

We were lucky with no real damage, but I did have one gutter that got blocked with leaves and overflowed a bit of water into the house. It was all over in under an hour, and I was onto some gutter maintenance and mopping up.

Those are pretty good sized! Can you imagine getting hit in the head with that?! Glad there was no real damage.

The storm came at school pick up time. The children were locked down until it past but lots of cars got damaged.

I think extreme weather has become more common nowadays. Glad you guys are safe and there were no real damage. I don't think we have ever experienced hail. Stay safe.

    We used to get hail in the part of Sydney I lived in as a kid and was surprised we never seemed to get any in our part of Brisbane. But... I guess we do now! !LOL
