My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2026

Another photo from parkrun at Underwood, credit to the volunteer photographer for catching me struggling to the finishing line even on the downhill section. I usually try for a smile and a wave when I see any photographer, but I missed this one.
We visited my mum afterwards and spent the rest of the afternoon in and out of the pool, which led to a pretty low activity count.
