For me it's different I lived most of my life in a mountain area but in gonna move in a plain city area, by the way the mountain area you shared looks awesome 👍

Mountain life is very difficult unless sufficient transportation routes are well prepared. In Bangladesh, mountains are almost empty with very few people living there, often the need to walk several kilometers for a fresh water supply, as our government can't facilitate the basic needs properly in the deeper areas. And the plain area is always crowdy and if you can find some rural area with good tranportstion and a river, then you will have a great life there.
