🍲 Homemade chicken broth, a favorite of children.

The hustle and bustle of the kitchen seems worthwhile only when everyone at the dining table smiles with satisfaction. Yesterday, I suddenly felt like cooking delicious chicken in a completely native style.

First, I washed and cleaned the fresh chicken thoroughly. Then, it was my turn to fry the onion and garlic in a pan, spreading the aroma of bay leaves, cinnamon, and garam masala. When the aroma of cooking spread from the pan, I knew that today's event was going to be great. If I add finely chopped potatoes to the meat, the taste and richness of the broth doubles in one leap.

After simmering on low heat for a while, when the meat became soft and the broth was made, the whole kitchen was filled with a tempting aroma.

The children were very happy to serve this meat broth with hot rice on the lunch table. The joy of serving them meat and potatoes on their plates is different. The children ate them with great satisfaction and everyone praised the cooking.

Cooking is not only about satisfying the hunger of the stomach, but the real joy lies in making the family's favorite food and putting a smile on their faces.
