New experiment in the kitchen: Mango jelly pudding for the family.

Who doesn't love to have a sweet tooth? And if it's a brand new dessert made by yourself, then the joy doubles. Yesterday afternoon, I suddenly felt like making something special for the whole family. The combination of mango and milk is always a hit, so this time I made a delicious mango jelly pudding in a different way. The joy of making it at home with fresh ingredients instead of buying chemical-laden puddings or jellies from the market is different. The whole recipe was quite simple and quick.

I basically completed the entire preparation in two easy steps. First, I squeezed the ripe mangoes well and extracted the juice. Then I mixed a little sugar and agar agar powder with that thick mango juice and poured it into a pot on the stove. After a while, it solidified into a wonderful jelly and then I cut the jellies into small cubes. In the second step, I took the liquid milk in the main pot and mixed it well with sugar and agar agar powder to thicken it. When the milk mixture cooled slightly, I gently dropped the previously cut pieces of mango jelly into it. The combination of dark yellow jellies in the steaming white milk was amazing to see.

Finally, I poured the entire mixture into a mold and put it in a normal refrigerator to set. After a few hours, when I took it out of the refrigerator, I saw that the pudding had frozen perfectly. When the pieces of mango jelly were peeking out from inside after cutting, it looked incredibly beautiful. When I put it in my mouth, the creaminess of the milk and the chewy texture of the mango jelly became one.

Everyone in the family raved about it as soon as I took the first spoonful. This cold pudding taken out of the refrigerator on a hot day just won everyone's hearts. The joy of giving such satisfaction to everyone in the house with little effort is truly different. If you want, you can also try this simple recipe at home during this mango season.
