Recipe of the Day.

I am starting my today's event with the wish of good health for everyone. I have been busy lately and I have not been able to post regularly, so from now on I have decided to share with you the dishes I will cook. Since I can't go out due to family commitments, I thought my cooking items would be the main content of my post.

The picture I shared with you above is of spinach pakora. You all know that spinach is very nutritious, especially for children's brain growth. Spinach is beneficial in various ways. My kids don't like spinach when it's cooked, so I thought I'd make spinach dip in a way that they can eat. I washed the spinach and cut it into small pieces then mixed it together with gram flour and other ingredients to make these wonderful pakoras and finally fried it in oil and served the dish.

Here you can see a dish, it is Laitta Dry Fish Curry. I cooked this wonderful Laitta Dry Fish Curry with potatoes and onion flowers. In fact, these types of curries are very delicious to eat when fried and they are also nutritious.

Here you can see I fried eggplant. My whole family loves eating eggplant, so I fried eggplant for them yesterday. Especially when it comes to fried eggplant, everyone in my family eats the food with satisfaction.
