Social media challenge on the weekly provides us the potential to share amazing content on Splinterlands.
I have reviewed one battle among the multitude watched during my strategies hunting section in Splinterlands battle ranking section.
It is an interesting combination between Martyr Gladius and powerful archer warriors.
Let us jump into this interesting lineup in action
Summoners in the arena had a large difference of experience level. Possibilus was at the first level, while his opponent summoner was at level four.

Odd Ones Out: Only Monsters with odd Mana costs may be used in battles.
Counterspell: All Monsters have the Magic Reflect ability.
Target Practice: All Ranged and Magic attack Monsters have the Snipe ability.

Hero on the battlefield
The gap between the two parties on the board is fundamental to the successful completion of the mission. It will look like total control from one side of the board, but the selection of warriors and their position in the line teach us valuable lessons.
In the arena, the counterspell ruleset made it difficult for any magic warriors on the board to survive. The melee and range fighters were the best choices in this circumstance. It was not simple to find melee fighters with the ability to fight from the back line. In addition, monsters with odd mana were the only warriors allowed on the battlefield.

My opinion on this battle
The water team play very well, their hand with a super offensive melee team. The protection was the best possible option available at the first level.
The life team had the advantage of Bloodlust on the side of the board where archers and tankers were guarding the line.
Renova was not supposed to be in the selection, but this card played his while sacrificing his life for his team.
Uriel was the best tanker in this battle, otherwise the Level one team of fighters could have a major opportunity to win this game.
The position of the Martyr equipped card changed the entire relation to power of each group. Marisol and Pegasus saw their statistic of combat boost in the second round of the battle. It was not possible to compete after the death of Marksrat.
It remains impressive to watch level one water team face an adversary at level 4 for a total of four rounds.

On both sides of the board, there were lessons to understand. Fighters were determined to gain control within the first two round in the arena. The melee and archer association of cards as well as the protection offered by Franz Summoner are important strategies to consider when we enter into a battle with specific rulesets.

Héroe en el campo de batalla
La brecha entre las dos partes en el tablero es fundamental para completar con éxito la misión. Parecerá un control total desde un lado del tablero, pero la selección de guerreros y su posición en la línea nos enseñan valiosas lecciones.
En la arena, el conjunto de reglas de contrahechizo dificultaba la supervivencia de los guerreros mágicos en el tablero. Los luchadores cuerpo a cuerpo y a distancia fueron las mejores opciones en esta circunstancia. No fue sencillo encontrar luchadores cuerpo a cuerpo con la capacidad de luchar desde la retaguardia. Además, los monstruos con maná impar eran los únicos guerreros permitidos en el campo de batalla.

Mi opinión sobre esta batalla
El equipo de agua juega muy bien, está de la mano con un equipo cuerpo a cuerpo súper ofensivo. La protección era la mejor opción posible disponible en el primer nivel.
El equipo de vida tenía la ventaja de Bloodlust en el lado del tablero donde los arqueros y tanquistas custodiaban la línea.
Se suponía que Renova no estaba en la selección, pero esta carta jugó la suya sacrificando su vida por su equipo.
Uriel fue el mejor tanquista en esta batalla; de lo contrario, el equipo de luchadores de nivel uno podría tener una gran oportunidad de ganar este juego.
La posición de la carta equipada con Mártir cambió toda la relación con el poder de cada grupo. Marisol y Pegasus vieron aumentar su estadística de combate en el segundo asalto de la batalla. No fue posible competir tras la muerte de Marksrat.
