My Actifit Report Card: April 21 2025 || IAmAliveChallenge

It's been a while since I went on a recorded fitness health walk due to some funny and ugly situations that arose. I am happy to have the opportunity to embark on a fitness health walk this time.

The walk cover a distance of 7.05km starting from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu road and then to Urua Ekpa road to attend the Christian meeting. And during the walk I burn 298 calories. And make a total of 6097 steps to keep fit and healthy because I am #alive and thriving.

The Christian meeting I attended tends to be very invigorating as it anchors on what really makes someone rich according to Proverbs chapter 10.

As I made my return back home, the weather was already cloudy and breeze keeps scattered things here and there, hence I have to quickens my steppings, which enables me to get home before the rain descend.
