My Actifit Report Card: November 14 2025 || Walk To Declare My Age

Greetings dear actifitters, nice coming your way again this hour. In the morning I went out for some kilometers of a fitness health walk to Itam International market, and when I returned, I engage in some house chores.

This evening I went out again for a fitness health walk from Ikot Ekwere to Itu road and down to church road to have my hair cut in a barbers shop. Like we do say jokingly, I want to declare my age, meaning, when you cut your hair you look more younger.

After the baring, I look different and pretty good. I feel even younger within me without being told.

On my return to Ikot Ekwere, I stop by the pharmacy to pick some routine drugs.

Soon after I was attended to I leave and walk back home.

So far I have been able to record over 10,000 steps, burn calories, feel relief and took a cool bath leaving me fresh and healthy because I am alive and thriving.

I am hereby reporting my Actifit fitness health walk in the actifit record card.
