My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2026, I Am Alive And Thriving

Greetings to you all dear actifitters and happy weekend to you all.

Today was another remarkable day, I have the opportunity to engage in wholesome activities, cleaning the house, caring for my kids and taking care of my humble self because I have to take care of the mind and hearts that caries the body otherwise fiction will set in, and when breaker down occur, engaging in Actifit fitness walk will be impossible.

Once I was through with the in-house activities, I took my bath, dress up and took to my foots as I walk from my house at Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itu junction to my barbershop in other to have my hair cut.

Along the way I foubd out that the construction company handling the Ikot Ekwere road came to service their CAT which they left few months ago as well as abandoned the road till now. I don't know if they want to resume work again.

Well, as usual on weekends, the barber's shop is usually busy with different customers waiting to have their turn of services, so I have to gang around for my turn.

The moment I was able to have my hair cut I set to return back to Ikot Ekwere and rest for the day.

But on getting home, other batch of activities also presented itself at home so I had to be fast to meet up with all the activities.

At the end of it all, I was able to record over 6,000 step and I hereby report same in the report card.
