Attending The 'Worship With Spirit And Truth' Assembly || Accident Involvement || Alive And Thriving Saturday || Alive And Thriving #224 || 14-2-2016

Greetings dearest hivians and how did your day goes by. Yesterday I did mention about the cleaning of the assembly facility for the weekend assembly, today I did attend the assembly along with my wife and kid. The theme is "Worship With Spirit And Truth,"

The program be an with song and prayer and the speakers each build their talks around worshipping with spirit and truth. The program is so rich and reinvigorating, educative and faith strengthening.

During the noon break I was call by the truck driver that delivers granite for my client just in the next local government which is about 25 minutes drive from the assembly ground. Previously before now arrangements was on hand to deliver the Granite as early as possible before going to the assembly to enable the construction workers finished up their decking work on time, but because of the increment in the prices of this product that is cause by the ungoing war at Iran, there was some delay, hence going by that hour.

I join the driver and we went, deliver and return. But almost reaching the bus stop we're I was to drop, we met an accident involving a motorcycle and another costal bus. The motorcycle rider I learnt over sped and hit the bus which lead to his being unconscious and had to be rushed to the hospital, only God knew if he will survive it.

Unfortunately, while the truck in front and other vehicles behind before us were trying to apply break, my driver tried his ability to stop his truck but the closeness was to nearer, hence he hit the vehicle behind, smaching the back windscreen, rear light. To me it happen so fast that as if it was a magic, or movie washed.

The vehicle driver decide the truck driver should repair his vehicle. Since the negotiation took longer than I expected, I had to excuse them to take my leave and join the afternoon session

The afternoon part began and the program all together brought praise to God as delegates were refreshed and returned anew to practice worshipping God in spirit and truth.
