¿Hasta qué punto puede llegar la tolerancia musical de una persona? Está claro que nadie en absoluto puede soportar un mismo estilo musical, siempre hay uno en específico al que se repudia con mucha fuerza cada vez que transita por nuestro aparato auditivo. Pero a pesar de este repudio, siempre se tiene un nivel de tolerancia cuando se está en una reunión familiar o de amistades, e incluso de salida en un bar como muestra la imagen a Jean-Claude Van Damme obstinado seguramente por la música; nosotros mostramos cierto control ante el gusto de los demás suprimiendo un poco nuestras emociones para evitar reacciones que incomoden a otras personas, al igual cuando alguien está expresando una opinión y callamos por respeto al derecho de expresión ajeno.
Por lo general en esos ambientes públicos tienen un límite para cierto tipo de música, todo depende del estilo de música que predomine en el momento, y también de la temática del negocio, por ejemplo, un negocio ambientado para un público caribeño va a colocar solamente música del Caribe como Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, etc, y cuando los géneros son variados por lo general se coloca cada cierto tiempo un estilo de música para no aburrir al público, aunque si el local o negocio es una discoteca de música electrónica, pues no vas a escuchar en toda tu estancia allí un Hip-Hop o un Rock porque está predeterminado que se escuche solamente un estilo de música, por lo que deberían asistir solamente personas que sean fanáticas de ese estilo de música, porque una persona que no tenga una pasión descontrolada por un solo estilo musical es imposible que pueda disfrutar de muchas horas seguidas de la misma estructura musical a todo volumen.
Pero sucede que hay sitios donde no existe un control sobre el tiempo en que se colocan los estilos musicales, y tampoco se consideran los gustos musicales de otras personas, y mucho menos se respeta las consideraciones y tolerancias que se hablaron al principio de este corto ensayo. Esos lugares de los que hablo son las casas de las personas, a donde asistimos para reunirnos con amigos o con familiares, porque el estilo musical que se coloca para "amenizar" las reuniones con frecuencia es el que impone el dueño del sistema de sonido, y debemos rogar al cielo que el dueño no esté pasado de tragos porque sino la frecuencia repetitiva con la que se coloca una canción en específico puede aumentar exponencialmente, es decir, ya no nos vamos a sentir incómodos con un género musical en específico, sino que nos vamos a tener que calar la misma canción una y otra, y otra, y otra vez.
Las personas con frecuencia les encanta defender y ejercer sus derechos, pero muchas veces ignoran que hay otras personas cuyos derechos son vulnerados cuando estos están ejerciendo su libre expresión. El salsero cuando coloca salsa, el rockero cuando coloca rock, el reguetonero cuando coloca reguetón, el ranchero cuando coloca sus rancheras, y así, deben ser conscientes en que no a todos nos gusta su música, por eso no debería haber imposiciones al momento de compartir y cada quien dentro de la reunión debería ser invitado a compartir un momento de sus gustos con nosotros, porque es desagradable que una persona tenga que estar mucho tiempo en un sitio donde el ambiente no es agradable para cumplir con un orden social y no pecar de maleducado si toma sus cosas y se va. Uno de los aspectos principales de que algunas personas no les gusta salir con otras personas es por esta vulneración en los gustos ajenos y la privación de expresarse libremente por el simple hecho de que otro se está expresando también.

People often love to defend and exercise their rights, but many times they ignore that there are other people whose rights are violated when they are exercising their free expression.
