Every year Bruce and two of his childhood friends would rent a cabin in the mountains the weekend before Christmas to spend a few days together. It was a tradition that had been going on for years, and each time they recalled the same episodes from when they were young and wild, eating sausages and drinking plenty of beer. It was a way to escape from the routine and responsibilities of family men, a couple of days among the males to recharge their batteries and meet again.

Ogni anno Bruce con due suoi amici d'infanzia, il fine settimana prima di natale, affittavano una baita in montagna per passare qualche giorno insieme. Era una tradizione che ormai durava da anni ed ogni volta richiamavano alla memoria i medesimi episodi di quando erano giovani e scapestrati, mangiando salcicce e bevendo birra a volontà. Era un modo per sfuggire alla routine e alle responsabilità di uomini di famiglia, un paio di giorni tra maschi per ricaricarsi e ritrovarsi.
