How to Find Yooperlites - Rock & Gem MagazineYooperlites, which are rocks that glow under UV light, are primarily found on the beaches of Lake Superior in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Popular areas include the Keweenaw Peninsula, Grand Marais, and beaches near Ironwood, like Little Girls Point. Searching for them at dusk or dawn, or after a storm, can increase your chances of finding them.
