Hello my beautiful friends its another new week with a different and exciting topic to write on. And im really happy to be here with you. Without wasting much time, join me as i shear my views on the topic for the week.

distractions comes in different ways but in order to achieve my plans is to remain focus in every thing i do, putting more efforts to make sure i come out success.

But sometimes it's good to be distracted but in a good ways especially when thinking too much about worries want to take over life It is good to be distracted so you won't end up in developing high blood pressure. We can be distracted maybe in listen to music or by our children or any other things that will help us to forget the problems.

Apart from that, now technology has make things easier and helpful to mankind. So any time i feel like im lacking behind or i want to get distracted i make use of the television to make myself happy and relax again. Because too much concentration can make someone dull.

That's why the saying goes work without play makes jack a dull boy.

And some time i make use of my phone chatting with friends on Facebook and WhatsApp.

It is true that the world is full of distraction and lack focus and concentrations but in order for me to achieve what i want is to remain focus and concentrate on the things i like and wants, the goals i set for myself and work towards it hlep me to focus more.

And the kind of friends i keep also help me to focus on the things i so much want to achieve. Because they have positive impact. And if you are my friend and i noticed you don't have any good and positive impact i detage myself from you .

That is why i set my goals so that i can concentrate and work towards it. Thank you.
