Cold Coffee

After a couple of days, it was the day for me to have cold coffee. These days I have been trying to have hot coffee only in the evening and tea in the morning but today it was changed because I had tea in the morning as you will but it was cold coffee in the evening. I generally avoid the excess consumption of these types of drinks because it is not really good but at the same time, I consume some amount of drink in the morning and evening. I don't think a disciplined consumption or maybe a considerate consumption is bad because everyone does it and it is not bad at all.

I agree that excessive of everything is bad so we need to be considered and it is our health so we know what is good and what is bad for us and accordingly, we should manage our intake. While the cold coffee tastes nice it does not mean that I can have multiple glasses of cold coffee in a day because if I do that then anyway it is not going to help me instead it will bring a negative impact.

I still don't know how this is prepared because I have never done it but some of the components that are used to prepare cold coffee that I am aware of. It has got milk as the primary ingredient and milk is good for health so on top of it some sugar and of course, the coffee is added to make the taste better with sweet but I believe that sugar intake should also be limited and it should not be too much.

What are your thoughts about food habits and do you think that we need to avoid the excessive consumption of anything? What do you do in such a situation when you feel like excessive consumption is happening and how do you overcome this situation when you realise it?
