In whichever way we try to flip the act of nepotism, I still find it inappropriate specially when allocations for the public goes down to specific entity because of favouritism or relationship. No doubt it has a significant effect in the labor force of that institution but what do you think about people that find their way into those opportunities through nepotism but are fit for the job, I mean they meet the work criteria just like other candidates, do you think there's still effect to nepotism in that regards😅

That's a complicated one bro. Thought about that too. When there's some merit attached, that could be okay. It's hard to overlook a loved one, a qualified one even for an opportunity and ignore them. It's not easy actually, not even when they qualify for it.
