Great point @Kirlos, I drink a lot of water once I wake up in the morning and I feel energized throughout the day. Water is important, and so are other classes of food.
For the spinach and other vegetables, I make sure to rinse with cold water thrice and also wash with hot water to remove any contaminated particles in order to maintain a hygienic lifestyle. Thank you for sharing.
