At some moments you can't even understand your own self

In order to tell someone something that would seem so simple, you have to dabble deep into your feelings and emotions and those feelings and emotions aren't even anything close to simple. In your head, you toss around the thought and wonder why you can't form an answer to something you don't even understand.
The more you try to understand, the more the feelings seem to morph into something new and different and more complicated. You lose track of where it started and you make a circle around the same thought all over again. You worry more about someone judging you to be confused, so you don't say anything.
All that pressure weighs you down even more, and when you silence yourself it adds even more pressure to you. Your mind fills up with these thoughts, your body reacts and you have even more pressure. You can feel the tension and the worry wrap around you. And you can't form anything in a way that they'll be satisfied with.
The main point of the issue is that your mind is racing like a hyperactive kid, and you can't keep pace. Your thoughts, feelings and emotions shift so quickly that the stress of it all is more intense than the emotions themselves.
First, remember that anything that you might be dealing with, doesn't mean you're broken. It just means that you are a normal person, surprised or not, most people feel this. Inner feelings change quickly but words take longer to change accordingly and that's why it's difficult to express yourself. Give yourself extra time to stop doing that and think. Talk only when you are ready and remember that comprehension and understanding take time.
How do you even attempt to understand yourself though? You may have built in perceptions about yourself that does not allow you to effectively analyse your own self. You may have been planning and working hard to achieve something but you still have not.
One big set back is organization. You cannot analyse yourself because you are not organised or you're getting distracted by something.
