Run before Walk
Normally we crawl before we walk, then we run bu there are situations where th reverse is necessary otherwise we wouldn't be able to walk at all.
I have to be honest, of all the heros in avengers, I like Iron Man the most. And in his 2008 movie iron Man he made a statement and I respect that as a good quote.
“Sometimes you gotta run before you can walk.”
He said that while testing his iron suit with Jarvis. Instead of starting with a little actions, he decided to go straight to flight. It's wisdom in a way. We often wait until we feel ready before starting something and that feeling is usually towards the difficult tasks we intend to attempt. But sometimes the best way to learn is by jumping.
Just like how the eagles forces the baby eagles out of the nest so they can learn how to fly.
Yes we will make mistakes because we will always start out as rookies. But mistakes are meant for us to learn, adapt and grow.
I remember a time when I started a project without knowing everything about it. And his is typical of every young adult. You're going to start stuff that you're not exactly an expert. It will be hard at first and prepare for so many mistakes, it'll happen. Through those mistakes you'll learn more than you would have if you waited for some perfect moment.
Yes we need to take our time, be patient but progress is not always like that, you sometimes need to take the leap of faith.
And yep, that leap can blow in your face but that's part of the process, as long as you know it's part of the process, eventually you'll will.
