Some stuff we need most keep getting more expensive than what we don't
Take a look at price changes chart of where inflation has hit the most.

Lately, I’ve been giving some serious thought about current prices and how strange it is that we're willing to accept all the price increases we encounter in life.
Since America is a perfect example of a world stage Country I'll use them as an example. For instance their hospital services have gone up by about 275% since 2000 which is insane. The same goes for tuition at colleges. And the price of housing has shot up too. There’s no getting around needing these essentials in your life, you’ll need a roof over your head and a hospital if you get sick and you’ll need an education to advance in your career.
And yet we have things like TV’s which are really low in price compared to 25 years ago and so are other technology items like software and even toys. These are all drastically less expensive, and not to say they're useless but not too necessary for survival.
It all just seems to me to be backwards. The essentials, that you absolutely need for survival and to be able to succeed in life continue to rise. All of the non essentials which generally give you entertainment or convenience continue to decrease in price or let me say they build cheaper or more affordable versions.
I don’t have a real word to explain this, but I know that I can't substitute one for the other. You can’t pay for your hospital stay by offering to give the hospital a cheap TV or any other thing that doesn't have any real cash value.
I also find it interesting and deeply concerningn that we've come to accept this as something that is normal and simply a part of life, like the weather or something we don't have any control over. The most basic and necessary things for our survival are becoming further out of reach for the people who need them right now but at the same time we have many gadgets that we purchase for less money every year.
I don't know where this is going but that's why we're really suffering.
