Start where you are

One of the biggest regrets of people that didn't achieve what they set out to in life is not taking the step or making the decision they needed to make ti reach their goals.

There's this quote I came across which was by Arthur Ashe, it says

"Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can."

It's something alot of people experience and still experience, they're all waiting for the perfect moment to make a move towards success. Life is not perfect and so are the moments of life. If you're waiting for everything you think you need for success to be on place before starting the journey, you stand a chance of never actually starting out in the first place.

You don't need to wait for the perfect moment, you just have to do it. If you fail, you can sit back and try to figure out why you failed and try it again. You may think you need more tools, more time, the right team or people around, or more skills but all that may be out of your control. You should start now with whatever you have around. Whatever that is available.

It really is okay if you don’t have all the answers or the best resources. Most of the billion or trillion dollar tech organizations didn't start off knowing everything they needed to know or having all the investors and resources and ideas, they begin with what they had.

Google started in a garage, can you believe that? That's all this multi billion dollar organization had so it started with it.

The only thing that really matters is you making the right move and taking the first step. Being thankful for what you have. The most important tool you can't afford to not have is creativity. You have to be creative with whatever you have.

So start, no matter how small it is, and along the way you'll get better or have more as you go through the process.
