Too much nutmeg is pretty risky

I love nuts, God so weird having to write this, but I do prefer them over processed biscuits and things from thr factory. However i have to say I'm not a fan of nutmeg that's how my mother doesn't bother leaving it without hiding. She knows I won't touch it.
Speaking of nutmegs, a friend of mine told me one time he ate a ton of nutmeg and ended up coughing it back out hours later, he felt like the nutmeg was restricting my breathing.
The effect varies from person to person. The intoxication may happen with side effects, like delirium, anxiety, headaches, confusion, nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, amnesia and eye irritation so I've been told. The I itself takes a few hours to reach maximum effect but those effects can last for days.
Seriously don't try too much to that point. Some young teenagers will try to get high with it. Doing this is as bad as smoking weed but a guy who doesn't do overdose weed is better over than you doing overdose of this, doing it over nutmeg ain't worth it. I haven't tried it before but I wonder how long it last. Well guess I'll never find out.
You're supposed to use it in small quantity and you give to infants by rubbing it with milk or water on a stone. It is actually pretty good for sleep. A lot of herbs have great use case.
But be very careful with herbs and how you take stuff into yuor body. You're supposed to make a tea with it like a tablespoon and no more than 2 in a mug. Pour hot water over it, stir it for some seconds then pour through a strainer into another mug, you can't be too careful.
You should sip it over a couple of hours because too much can even trigger panic attacks.
So seriously don't try this, it'll make you hallucinate, and don't think you'll be getting good hallucinating feelings.
