You are being assembled by what you consume every day

Do you know that right now as you're reading this blog, you have another version of yourself?

Yesz there's a chance you don't even know about the other you, and you're not consciously working on developing this version, it's coming together because of the food you ate today and the longer you allow for conversations to go, podcasts, TV shows and the people you want to be around when everything seems boring for you.

One of the smart people I know said something to me about how your habits become your character and that's where I have been focusing a lot on the assembly process. The everyday assembly.

When it comes to food, it's usually thought of as an everyday thing, until you realize there is a connection to what you consume that is much more than that. The books you read are going to influence how high your thought ceiling is. Who you hang out with has an impact on how normal or desired you think the world is. You will become more normal through your experience or understanding.

Let's say for example, I have a park bench I sit at, a cup I drink from and a few go to people I talk to regularly. All of these things are typical structures of my days. I didn't create these intentionally, I created them without thinking about them. Therefore when I look at my life from within, that's what appears to me.

The new version of me that gets created through this process of aggregate input is not something I know before it is created out of habit, it comes into being fully developed with established opinions and consistent levels of tolerance for frustration or impatience.

You have the ability to audit your inputs. You can observe the inputs that are contributing to your assembly process. Regardless if you choose to observe them, the assembly process continues. The chair, the cup and the conversation are examples of this process.

To make it more detailed for you, this picture I'll share with you has list of some of the things you should be mindful of in your life because whether you see it or not, they shape your entire life.
