As parents, all our daily activities and thoughts revolve around our children. What they eat and how much nutrition they get is at the forefront of everyone's mind. Today, while I was setting my little daughter's afternoon snack plate, I felt like sharing this beautiful moment with you. Today's plate has gorgeous sweet apples and fresh juicy oranges with leaves. Whenever we go to the market, we see many types of processed snacks or chips and chocolates, which are very attractive to children. But those foods are full of artificial colors and preservatives. We all know how harmful it is for our children's bodies. That's why I always try to raise him with natural and nutritious food habits.

Fruit is not only beautiful to look at, but it also has incredible nutritional value. Take the apple in the picture for example it's loaded with fiber and vitamin C, which boosts your baby's digestion and helps keep them alert throughout the day. And the juicy orange peels are a powerhouse of vitamin C, which works great to boost your immune system during this changing season. Oranges are a great way to keep colds and coughs at bay. Feeding children fruit can sometimes be quite difficult. They don't want to put it in their mouths easily. So I choose a slightly different approach. If you cut the fruit nicely and arrange it on a colorful plate, they eat it with great interest. My daughter really liked today's red and orange combination. Let's keep our children away from artificial junk food and teach them to savor these pure gifts of nature. This healthy habit, developed from childhood, will make their future lives healthy and beautiful.
