Ripe papaya is a unique creation of nature. The picture shared today is heartwarming to see baskets full of bright yellow ripe papayas. Papaya is a very easily available fruit in our country, which is as sweet in taste as it is incomparable in nutrition. Ripe papaya is a rich source of vitamins 'A', 'C' and 'E'. It helps in improving digestion and strengthening the immune system. It is especially good for increasing skin radiance and maintaining eye brightness. Eating a few pieces of ripe papaya on an empty stomach in the morning is very beneficial for the body.

There are plenty of ripe papayas available in the market now. It is a matter of luck to find fresh papayas from the tree amidst the crowd of artificially ripened fruits.
