"Science has shown that happiness requires conscious trouble," said Laurie Santos, a professor in the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science at Yale University in the United States.

  • Try to sleep more and more peacefully

This seems like the easiest thing to do, but it's really hard to do, he said, adding that the challenge Then's to get eight hours of sleep every night. And we've to do this for a week.   • Meditate

That is not too important of a chore, Santos said," Just make sure you are alive at the moment, suppose about how you are spending your time together and be a little apprehensive of how you are spending your time. "Your idea of time is veritably important for you to be happy," he said. But exploration has shown that wealth is actually related to how important time we have," he said.

  • Increase this communication in practice rather than communicating on social media

Professor Santos thinks that the false notion of happiness on social media shouldn't be disbanded. "Recent exploration has shown that people who use social media like Instagram are less happy than those who don't use it much," he said. So, now everything is known.
