FIGHTING THE GREED OF THE POWER CLASS

avatar

I have always hated injustice and felt pained whenever I see injustice play out, see where the powerful inflict pain on the powerless just because they can or because they feel like it, where the rich oppress the poor, where the weak are left to suffer just because they are weak and have nobody to come to their aid. People setting rules and regulations suited to them and not suited for everyone, where the economy was built in the foundation of reaping others, you see where someone will have to tremble against another because he wants to advance or a system where they will tell you that for someone to be better off the other has to be made worse off, where equality is not a topic of discussion but rather how to increase the inequity gap is what is always discussed.

For the person that I have known myself with, I will say that I love standing for the weak, helping out the poor, where there is inequality and a set of persons are oppressed and cannot stand for themselves, I always give myself to their aid to help them fight the injustice and inequality.

It takes more than having a lot of money to become a crime-fighting vigilante; apart from the need for funds, one must also possess certain skills. Let's take the life of Bruce in the movie Batman. After his parents were attacked and murdered on the street, leaving him with a lot of wealth as a child, he vowed to help the helpless, and with that vow, he went all out to train himself to be strong, maintaining his status as a well-influential businessman during the day. A vigilante at night, helping to fight crime and bringing the wicked to justice.

I have admired the life of Robin Hood, who was said to have lived a life where he stole from the poor and gave to the poor, this proves that to fight in justice and inequity does not always requires having money, there are other ways to get this monies to if you really want to help others and your heart is at the right place. To some, the act of Robin Hood may be out of line, but because there is a law backing the greed these fellows acquire their wealth doesn’t translate to them doing the right thing; it is an act of injustice for a person to gather more than he necessarily needs. It is this greed that breeds crime and, in the end, causes the greater population to live in poverty and an unfulfilled life.

If I became a very wealthy person today or amass a huge sum of money that will be more than what I need to sustain myself, I am sure I will not only become a philanthropist, but if there is a way that I will fight crime and injustice, I will do that 100%, what is the essence for having that much funds if you cannot help others.
