[EN/PT] When Time Stops!

In the middle of the day. Deep in the desert. The place where heat takes over the atmosphere. The sky was blue. The sun painted a little bit of yellow in between the sky, to create a blend of color far above. It was the place which had no sign on life. A strangely calm waters, that looks like a sign of nearby water, which in reality is just an illusion. A land with nothing living passing by. A tree with no leaves, which symbolizes death! It has one branch, which was what remained standing. Some abandoned furniture. a tablet on the side and a blanket. He was looking at this picture, that he drew yesterday. Something felt missing. He took his pen and started drawing melting clocks. One on the dead branch of the tree. The other, on the table and the last one was on the floor. He looked at it again. Now, he felt that the picture spoke. It spoke about, when time stops! Those moments, where one would feel helpless against the vast unknown. The uncertainty of whether one could be trapped in a place. But, can move freely at the same time. He portrayed his idea that, when hope is gone, it takes away the sense of time with it.

Em pleno dia. No meio do deserto. O lugar onde o calor domina a atmosfera.

Nice. I love this Dali. Somehow it inspired me to write a mini-poem about time going into a black hole (a clock) into the wall.
Thanks. I think that I might have deviated from the picture a bit. But, there are a lot of ideas to write about when it comes to art.
Every one can gets immersed into the painting with different experiences! Thank you 🙏 for sharing!
