The Colima Volcano
The Colima Volcano is one of the most active volcanoes in Mexico. It is located on the border between the states of Jalisco and Colima, but it is much more visible from the latter. It is also known as the Volcano of Fire, as there is another inactive volcano next to it called the Volcano of Snow.
Although the Volcano of Fire has not erupted since 2017, it continues to be a spectacular sight that the inhabitants of Colima enjoy very much.

Question: are the inhabitants notified by the government before the volcano erupts?
That's right. The volcano is under constant observation, and although the nearby towns are actually far enough away from danger, they are notified and evacuated if volcanic ash displacement could affect them.
That's a relief because inasmuch as the view is lovely, there is nothing lovely about lives being lost to natural disasters.
I absolutely fell in love with these photos. Especially the ones with the beautiful light and the clouds covering the volcano's peak!

Thank you very much. I took those photos by pure chance. It had become completely overcast, and I was just about to leave when suddenly the sky cleared in one area and revealed that view. I'm glad you liked them.
