RE: Pepe Game Updates and BOGO Buy One Get One FREE Deal!

I noticed that your PEPE frog battle game have the GEMS feature enabled, though I wonder if @kenny-crane made it intentional that GEMS currently do not decrease when used on any frog battle. 🤔🤯 !HOPE to see you and @kenny-crane publish an official post about it soon! 🤗🐸 !WEIRD !INDEED

The Gems are reusable now, but consumable in the future.
Trying to ease Gems on players - give them time to learn how to use them.
😀👍

I wasn't able to test anything on the GEM Market page itself on your PEPE frog battle game though, as most of the GEM features still under construction. 🐸💎🤯😅 !WEIRD !INDEED !HOPE !PIZZA

With "reusable Gems", do you mean that if a player of your PEPE frog battle game does not have any GEM, then they won't be able to test the new GEM feature? 🤔🤯🤯🐸😅 !WEIRD !INDEED !HOPE !PIZZA

Well first of all, you do need to have Gems to use and test them. That is one reason why they are given for free, as an extra reward for winning a battle with a probability of 25%. So anyone that has been playing probably has some Gems to use in battles.

The Gems do not get consumed now - they are reusable in future battles. You affix the Gems to the cards of your choice and they don't disappear from your Item (Gem) inventory.

But the plan is to make Gems a consumable item. You use them and lose them from your Inventory. This adds scarcity to the equation. It is like burning crypto tokens which lowers supply. Consuming a Gem lowers their supply.

So there will be an economy in the game where players will be able to buy Gems from the Market. Common Gems will be either found by playing the game (as is the case now with that 25% chance to get one on a win) or bought from the system or other players in the Market. Supply can be controlled manually to keep prices reasonable and somewhat stable.

Then there will be a way to combine Common Gems into Rares, then Rares into Epics and Epics to Legos. But you'll need a license to Combine. So only a few players might be able to combine and use and sell the better Gems. In effect, they can have their own business inside the game.

That's a long comment indeed! 🤔🤯😅

  1. I think that the player who doesn't have any GEM yet should just play 4 (free or paid) frog battles on average to get a GEM. To get 12 GEMs which is the maximum usable for any frog battle, he/she should play an average of 48 frog battles. 🤓
  2. I assume that you just want the Gems feature to be tested (thoroughly) by players for now, so you made them reusable. 😏
  3. I look forward to testing the GEM Market! 😎
  4. You and @pepetoken haven't talked much about the "license", but it already sounds expensive! 💸

To get 12 GEMs which is the maximum

Well you can get/own 600 Gems. 12 is the max you can play at a time, if you have 3 Legos on your battle team. Common can equip up to 1 Gem. Rare 2, Epic 3. Lego 4.

the "license", but it already sounds expensive!

Every game needs sinks and sources for it's in-game currency.
Whatever the cost of a license may be, the idea is to consider it a cost of doing business since you will then be able to produce and sell higher quality Gems with higher abilities which should be in high demand. You will be in the Gems business!

I meant "maximum GEMs that can be used on any frog battle" !INDEED. 🤔🤯😅 !WEIRD

I just said "sounds expensive", but I also think that such "license" is worth the cost. 🤗🐸 The "Gems business" phrase sounds appealing too! 😏😅 !HOPE !PIZZA
