Softness of neglected wild flowers: A unique gift of nature.
Nature loves to decorate it to its own accord. We often bring expensive flowering plants from nurseries and plant them in the garden, take care of them. But behind our eyes, some wild flowers bloom in the corner of the garden or on the side of the road, whose beauty is not less than the precious flower in any part. Today I am sharing the story of such a wild flower with you.
A piece of carelessness that grew carelessly this morning while walking by the garden, I suddenly caught my eye on these beautiful flowers. They bloom without any gardener, without any additional fertilizer or water. We usually know these flowers as Sialmuti or Bon Tulsi. Many people think of it as just a wild weed, but its small petals and white-purple color bring a kind of calmness to the mind. The biggest feature of these wild flowers is their tolerance. They do not forget to make their existence known even in the sun, rain or extreme neglect.
When these light pink and white flowers bloom together in the bushes, it seems that nature has touched its own canvas with watercolor. Its delicate texture and well-arranged petals are truly amazing. These wild flowers play a major role in not only beauty, but also in protecting the environment and biodiversity. Butterflies, bees and small insects are the main food source or honey collected from these neglected flowers.
Their contribution to keeping the nature of rural Bengal alive is undeniable. We often go somewhere far away in search of beauty, but we don't notice that there are so many wonderful works of art hidden next to the house. If we take some time to look at these small wild flowers around us in mechanical life, the complications in life may be somewhat lighter. Nature gives us all of it unscathed, all we need is a beautiful vision to see.
