A sudden technical experience at the fast track of Dutch Bangla Bank.

Today, I went to a fast track of Dutch Bangla Bank for some personal work. When I went there, I saw the officer in charge was quite worried. Because his official computer had suddenly stopped working and the system was not starting.

Seeing the situation, I went ahead with interest and tried to understand the matter. After observing for a very short time, I realized that the hard disk could not be detected in the computer. As a result, the operating system was failing to run.

To handle the situation, I took his permission and opened the CPU casing and checked all the internal connections including the motherboard. The real reason for the problem came to light when I checked the motherboard. It was seen that the connection of the cable connected to the hard disk was slightly loose and was not properly connected.

I immediately carefully removed the connector. I cleaned the dust and dirt from the cable and port and reconnected it properly. Then, after turning off the CPU and turning on the computer by connecting the power supply, it booted normally without any problems.

The officer was very relieved to see the entire system back up and running as before, and the look of worry on his face disappeared in an instant. He was very happy and expressed his sincere thanks and gratitude to me. I also felt very great and satisfied that I could solve someone's immediate big problem through a small task.
