ATM machine pick module repair and a challenging experience.

Yesterday evening, I went to an ATM booth and faced a very complex and unique challenge. Upon reaching inside the booth and observing the machine, I realized that the D shape of its pick module was broken. This is a very important part in the case of an ATM machine, because if the D shape is broken, the money cannot be processed properly and reach the customer upwards. As a result, the transaction process is naturally completely stopped and the customers are deprived of getting service.

Although the nature of the problem is quite complex, work had to be started immediately to solve it. The situation became a little more difficult because the air conditioning or AC inside the booth was not working. As a result, maintaining concentration and working in the intense heat and humidity was really a big test.

After carefully observing the entire system, I started the process of opening the damaged D shape. Then, very carefully and accurately, I installed a new D shape and repaired the pick module. After about an hour of relentless effort and concentration, I was finally able to get the machine fully operational. After the repair, I completed a transaction myself and confirmed that the money was now being processed correctly. Overall, I feel a great sense of satisfaction at having successfully completed the task despite the extremely adverse environment.
