City Bank's Rare Access Machine Mechanical Troubleshooting and Successful Transaction.

Today I completed a very important and technical task at City Bank. I am sharing that experience with you.

Today I went to work at a self-service terminal of City Bank. It was a 25 model rare access machine of City Bank, which usually has to be maintained and operated from behind.

The machine was experiencing some mechanical complications for quite some time. After detailed examination, I found out that the main problem was in the presenter SNT and pick module. This is a very sensitive part of the ATM or CRM machine, which works to process and deliver cash properly.

After identifying the problem, I immediately sent a requisition for the necessary parts as per our official process. New and fresh presenter and pick modules were brought from the office with requisition. After receiving the parts, I very carefully removed the old damaged parts and installed the new modules.

After fitting all the parts properly, I restarted the machine. Then I completed several test transactions. What is very pleasing is that each transaction was completed smoothly without any errors. After replacing the hardware, the machine is now fully operational and ready for customer service. This feeling of bringing a big machine back to life by solving technical complications is different. There is a different kind of mental satisfaction when you can successfully complete any challenging task.
