Experience of repairing ATM machine dispenser fault in one hour of effort.

Today, I had the experience of doing technical work on an S23 model ATM machine. The first problem that came to the fore upon reaching the machine location and observing it was the dispenser fault.

I used the security device dongle I had with me to accurately identify the root cause of the problem. After careful observation, I found that there was a fault in the machine's vacuum pump. Due to which the money could not be dispensed properly.

After confirming the matter, I quickly arranged to install a new vacuum pump without delay. It took quite some time to test the components and other relevant issues.

After about an hour of continuous effort and maintenance, it was finally possible to fully activate the machine. After that, the test transaction was successfully completed and the ATM machine was opened for use by the customers. The feeling of being able to solve a difficult mechanical problem and get the machine running again is always a joy and a source of professional satisfaction.
