Hobby Rooftop Garden: The Fragrance of Lemon Blossoms and the Bloom of Purple Peppers.

It is difficult to express the joy when a tree planted by your own hands blooms and bears fruit. Going to the roof every morning and seeing a new bud or a small fruit on the tree increases the peace of mind several times. Today, I will share with you some great updates on the current status of my rooftop garden.

The lemon trees in my garden are now in full bloom. The most interesting thing is that when the lemon flowers are in bud stage, they take on a wonderful appearance with a mixture of light pink or purple hues. As you can see in the picture, the pink buds are waiting to bloom in bunches. When these flowers are fully developed, the entire roof will be filled with a sweet fragrance. The greatest satisfaction of lemon farming is this fragrance and the assurance of fresh lemons.

I am quite excited about the pepper plants this time. Usually, we are used to seeing green or red peppers, but this time I have beautiful purple peppers in my garden. These dark purple peppers look like showpieces amidst the thick green leaves. As spicy as the peppers are, their color has greatly enhanced the beauty of the garden. The trees have a lot of peppers, which is heartwarming to see.

I always try to keep my garden diverse. Not just peppers or lemons, my garden has a variety of fruit and vegetable plants. An ideal rooftop garden means a gathering of seasonal plants. I take care of the plants using organic fertilizers, as a result of which the plants have become quite fresh and healthy. This beautiful garden has been possible to build by watering them regularly and cleaning the weeds.

A touch of greenery between the brick and stone walls of the city is like the pulse of life. Spending time on the roof after returning from the office or in leisure time, the fatigue of the whole day disappears in an instant. The satisfaction of eating poison-free vegetables and fruits from your own garden is impossible to find in things bought in the market. The light purple buds of lemon flowers and the spring of hot peppers have made my hard work worthwhile today.

My plans for the garden are much bigger. In the future, I am thinking of planting some more exotic fruit seedlings and creeping vegetables. Rooftop gardening is not only a hobby, it is also our small contribution to protecting the environment. If you also have a small terrace or balcony, you can start gardening today.
