Preventive Maintenance for Longevity and Safety of Machine: A Responsible Workday.

Today, an important part of my workday was to complete the PM or Preventive Maintenance of the machine. This task is very important to maintain the long-term functionality and performance of the machine.

As usual, I first confirmed the electrical connection of my blower machine as per the schedule. Then, I opened the upper chamber of the machine with great care. After opening the chamber, I cleaned each device and delicate part inside very well with the air of the blower so that no dust accumulated. After finishing the upper part, I opened the lower part or lower part of the valve. I also cleaned the dirt and dust accumulated there thoroughly with the blower. After completing the entire maintenance, I successfully turned the machine back on or live.

Every month, I have to do this important task according to the routine. As a result of this regular maintenance, the machines run very smoothly without any kind of fault and the quality of service is maintained. Since the durability and performance of the machines depend on this work, extra importance and pressure is being given from the office to do regular PM. Alhamdulillah, I am able to successfully complete this preventive maintenance work of each machine with great dedication. I hope to continue to fulfill my responsibilities in this way in the future days as well.
