Sudden mechanical failure in Pubali Bank machine and today's work experience.

As usual, I left for my scheduled office work early in the morning today. Although the day started normally, after a while I received news that a dispenser fault had suddenly appeared in a machine of Pubali Bank and customers were unable to withdraw money. As soon as I received the news, I quickly arrived there without any delay.

I went to the spot and started opening the machine with the officer in charge of the bank. After turning on the machine, upon initial inspection, it seemed that there was a complication somewhere in its vacuum system. Then, to find out the main problem, I opened the SNT and the entire vacuum system and checked.

After separating the system, I found that the main gear of the vacuum pump was broken and the pulley of the motor was completely damaged. This was the main reason for not paying the money for the machine. Unfortunately, I did not have this necessary part with me at the moment. Considering the situation, I requested the office to supply a pump with a new motor and pulley.

Due to the lack of necessary spare parts, we had to return today's work incomplete. Hopefully, we will receive the new device tomorrow morning and be able to complete the work and make the machine fully operational again.
